RATING SYSTEM
Technicians at The Good Soup Guide have developed a
unique Rating System. Instead of being based on stars, it is based on
hippos. This is how it works...
NO HIPPOS - If you don't see any hippos it
probably means the entry is a recommendation from someone, and not yet
visited by The Soupsayer. (Alternatively, the hippos might just have
wandered off for a drink somewhere.)
ONE HIPPO - Means the entry, whether coffee
house, pub, castle or view, has been visited by The Soupsayer and deemed
to be, as they say in Glasgow, no' bad.
TWO HIPPOS - Means The Soupsayer reckons
the place is pretty good.
THREE HIPPOS - This is where you need to
ensure you carry a spare set of underwear, as the place is deemed to be
of such magnificence that you will probably wet your pants with
excitement.
