COMMERCIAL INN, 13 DOUGLAS STREET
It's funny how some place as large as Dunfermline should only have one
pub where you can be satisfied that the quality of the ale is going to
be good. If there are any bar owners or managers of other pubs in the
town who disagree, please let me know and I'll don my special disguise
for some surveillance. The Commercial Inn is a busy corner pub with lots
of nice wood and old bottles and jars scattered about the place. It's standards
are so good that it was voted the Fife CAMRA Pub Of The Year in 2005 and
2006. Those Campaign For Real Ale guys and guyesses know their stuff.
