WHERE TO FIND GOOD SOUP IN CULROSS
BESSIE'S BAR TEAROOM
Bessie's is a National Trust for Scotland tearoom up a wee lane beside the Palace. It is quiet inside, as it is most places in the village. Usually one soup each day, like 'Mushroom'.
BISCUIT CAFE AT CULROSS POTTERY AND GALLERY
This is also near the Palace, and located up a wee cobbled lane (everything's up a wee cobbled lane in Culross). It's a great place festooned with things you will want to buy. In the upstairs cafe and open balcony area you can slurp such hot liquid magnificence as 'Tomato and Courgette with Cinnamon' soup.  Or you could try the locally-made ice cream, as produced by the Nelson Family in Culross. A great place. [Check out their website at www.culrosspottery.com]
